The Joy Davis Hull International Polo Challenge | Kingston Kayak Club Hull East Yorkshire

The 2025 event is scheduled for 5th & 6th July 2025, however negotiation continue with the venue.

The competion will be held at Dacre Lakeside Park, NewRoad, Brandesburton, Driffield, East Yorkshire, YO25 8RT.

Dacre Lakeside is an excellent self-contained venue which has camping, showers and toilets, a bar and Bert’s Pizza Restaurant. Also in the village there are pubs, chinese takeaway, Harpers fish and chip bar and convenience stores, all within a short walking distance.

There will be a BBQ selling bacon and sausage sandwiches in the morning, then in the afternoon Bert’s Pizza Van will be selling pizza slices. Alan’s tuck shop will still be available to buy hot/cold drinks and chocolate bars etc.

The market town of Beverley is 9 miles away from Brandsburton offering shops, coffee bars, restaurants and pubs.

£100 per team open team
£90 per youth and women’s teams
£50 Teams located outside of England, Scotland or Wales

Entries are due to open on 1st March and the closing data will be 16th June 2025. Entries will not be accepted until full payment is received.

We will award the following prizes:

1st, 2nd & 3rd in each Division, 1st Place Women’s Team and 1st Placed Youth Team for the highest placed team. Unfortunately from experience we have not had enough youth or women’s teams to be able to run separate divisions.
