The Humber Sports Partnership, have been commissioned by Hull CVS Volunteer Centre to deliver the Running Sports course ‘Valuing your Sports’ Volunteers’ which is aimed at voluntary sport club representatives who manage volunteers across Hull and East Riding. The course aims to help sport clubs recruit more volunteers, motivate, retain, reward, and manage them more effectively.
The course is taking place at the Age Concern Healthy Living Centre, Porter Street, Hull, HU1 2RH on Thursday 18th March 2010 from 6.00pm to 9.00pm. All clubs that attend the event will be able to access support from both Hull CVS Volunteer Centre and the Humber Sports Partnership following the event which will include support in recruiting volunteers and advertising volunteering opportunities.
