Kingston Slalom Team raced at Oughtibridge this weekend with Kane Johnson racing in Division 3 and Tom Ackroyd and Michael Lee racing in Division 4.

Tom and Michael are promoted to Division 3 K1M – Well done and congratulations to both. Kane paddled very well following on from his weeks training in Grand Tully in August and we are just waiting some official results to determine whether he has gained promotion to Division 2.
West Tanfield slalom is on next weekend. This is a division 3/4 event so it is open to any existing Division 3 paddlers as well as paddlers new to the sport who may enter in Division 4. This is the last Division 3/4 of the season in this area, so if you want to gain a better bib number, get promoted or try the sport this is your last chance this year.
